Trustees, representative taxpayers, and registered representatives can now not only register a trust for income tax purposes, but also submit any supporting documents online. To simplify this process, SARS has made it easier for taxpayers to interact with them by providing for a digital environment rather than requiring taxpayers to visit a SARS branch for tax registration of a trust.
